Adios 2019. All pumped up for 2020!

2019 carved out yet another successful and memorable milestone in Netcore’s journey and that has got all of us super-excited for the year ahead.

This time of the year is one of my favourite. There’s a sense of Holiday spirit, Christmas vibe and a much-awaited anticipation of a happier year. Along with all this, I feel this is the perfect moment to celebrate all our achievements and learn from the challenges we’ve faced.


We stick to our belief of building what our customers want and we build it with their precious inputs.


The goal that drives every one of us to work relentlessly day in, day out to scale up to newer heights.

A Look Back at 2019…

Netcore’s year of Acquisitions!

Netcore acquired, an AI-Powered Personalisation and Recommendation Platform to help brands offer personalized experiences at scale. Netcore Smartech now helps brands improve their conversions, enhances predictions, and multiplies the marketing ROI by upwards of 10x.

Earlier in the year, Netcore had also acquired, an AI-powered Chabot to automate conversations and improve the customer experience.

Growing Market Dominance of Netcore!

Continued dominance in the Indian and SEA markets, growing market share in Middle East and Africa and consolidation of our stance in the US market summarizes our 2019 business.

Today, serving over 50% B2C Unicorns in India like Swiggy, Phonepe, OYO, Myntra, Flipkart and over 70% unicorns in SEA including Traveloka, Tokopedia, Bukalapak is a statistic that Netcore is very proud of.

2x Growth in Marketing Automation Business!

Netcore Smartech, the AI-powered Automation platform doubled its business in 2019 and is all set to take the graph higher in 2020. 2019 brought in massive enhancements from the product perspective – complete UI/UX transformation with all new Journey Builder and Campaign Orchestration capabilities and increased scalability and stability.

Sheer dominance in Email Marketing!

Netcore achieved the remarkable feat of handling over 50% of the overall B2C Email traffic in India delivering over 8 billion mails per month.  We are Asia’s largest ESP and continue to become the choice of most of the unicorns around the globe with a staggering 93% inboxing rate.

Launch of “Raman” – Netcore’s AI Engine!

2019 saw the launch of Netcore’s AI Engine – Raman. Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence are the prime focus areas and in the forefront of Netcore’s operations. The innovative developments in these areas has got all of us very excited going forward.

A Bundle of Success stories!

Netcore’s success story for Flipkart’s ‘Big Billion Day’ in association with WhatsApp created real-time magic and presented an all-new perspective to the way brands approach their promotions.

An increase in the overall website traffic and a whopping 4337% increase in Email marketing ROI marked a crucial success story of Netcore for GoAir.

The Marketing Automation platform helped HDFC Life increase its CLTV by 20%.

And also increased SBI Mutual Fund sales by 54% to show its potency.

Great Place To Work, again!

Being recognized as the ‘Great Place To Work’ for the 2nd time in a row was immensely heartening and then the placed in the ‘Top 75 Best Workplaces in IT & IT-BPM 2019’ was extra special. We are playing this infinite game and such victories in our journey act as a great catalyst to keep pushing ahead.

Events, Webinars and Workshops!

From conducting the first ever CDP workshop in India with David Raab to the Martech Summit in Dubai, events and workshops have been an integral part of Netcore’s 2019 journey. To become one of the four premier partners of Facebook’s WhatsApp in India and conducting the 1st ever webinar with Head of Strategic Partnerships of WhatsApp scripted a golden chapter. 2019 also saw many Netcore branded community events (Mash ups) being conducted throughout the year.

Hello 2020, The year of Intelligent Personalization…

2019 brought Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) center-stage in the Martech world.

And 2020 will the year of “Intelligent Personalization”.

An all-important and powerful Customer Data Platform (CDP) at the base to begin with, building best-in-class Machine Learning capabilities to learn from it and then leveraging the maximum potential of the AI capabilities will be the winning recipe for the Marketing Automation players. Certainly, what you can expect from Netcore in the coming year!

I firmly believe that with a ‘Intelligent’ Full-stack Marketing suite, super-fast integration and a strong customer success team, Netcore will be the answer to achieve all your Business KPIs.

We will proudly consolidate on our ‘Build with and for our customer’ ideology to delight our customers at every touchpoint and give top priority to the ideals and values that shape up our organization.

There will be continued emphasis on the growth pillars – Partnerships, Acquisitions and International expansion.

I want to finish up by saying a Big Thank you to my Netcore Family for their dedication, impactful contribution and for supporting the company at every step. As I’ve always said, it is your work that decides the fate of the organization and makes me confident to ride through every obstacle.
