The coronavirus outbreak has now been declared a pandemic by the WHO.
In this somber time, the whole world is acting in unison to combat the threat and help protect each other.
We at Netcore are striving our best to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day business while taking care of the health & safety of our employees. Here are the measures we have taken as a part of our Business Contingency Plan:
1. Health & Safety of Netcorians: We are ensuring that all Netcorians follow the hygiene and safety instructions. We have placed multiple hand sanitizing stations across the premises, and have increased the frequency of cleaning the office. We are continuously keeping the employees updated with the information around the crisis.
Until situations get to normal, we have limited the number of visitors to our office premises to a minimum. Also, our recruitment team has replaced face-to-face interviews with video interviews.
2. Business Continuity Plan: To ensure that our services are not impacted in the event of a complete lock down due to the spread of COVID-19, the following steps have been implemented to ensure continuation of service delivery:
Our product & support teams are ready to activate their Business Continuity Plans as mentioned above, if necessary, to abide by Service Level Agreements to support our Customers.
3. Events & Travel: For the time being, we have cancelled all business travels and all planned events that involved public gatherings. We have recommended our teams to avoid personal travel as well.
We will continue to meticulously monitor news from the World Health Organization, among other sources and guidelines, and are committed to reassessing the situation and adjust our plans accordingly.
We urge that you, your family & friends refer information from trusted sources only. During times like these, it is easy to fall into the panic wave. Save yourself from the rumor outbreak as well.
